the only good thing i had here was that i loved the provider I had. she was so kind, understanding, and listened! very helpful and knowledgeable. best psychiatrist i’ve ever had! one day i had my third appointment with her, and she let me know they were letting her go…and they never sent me an email to tell me until a day or two later. about a month later, i get an email that i’m being charged $292 with no date of when they’re going to charge me. i was NEVER given a quote or price for appointment! i believed it was covered by insurance since they never charged and it showed i owed $0 in the app/website monthly. some people can’t just pull $300 out with sudden notice… great providers, bad service. if you choose this place definetly push for a quote before having an appointment.
