Final update on my experience with Vakkerlight. I want to be fair in my review: Vakkerlight did ultimately refund my money, and I appreciate that they resolved the financial side of the issue. That said, my overall experience was disappointing. The light I received was poor quality and, most importantly, it did not work. What was particularly frustrating was the process of trying to resolve the issue. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Vakkerlight is to read the reviews very carefully and critically. Look beyond the overall star rating and pay attention to the details of individual customers' experiences, particularly comments about product quality, functionality, shipping, and customer service. My experience was poor, even though the company ultimately did the right thing by issuing a refund. I would personally be very cautious about purchasing from them again.
