Speedy delivery and i got my items within 24hrs. I’m a repeat customer and their products held up well for 12hrs+ in really humid condition. Where other brand had fail, SoSlick is the one i trust to keep my hair in place through all condition.
Second purchase from novelship was expecting to fair better then my first purchase but ended up facing the same seller failure to commit to deadline issue. In the future might give it a thought do some price comparision before committing on any future purchase.
Excellent customer service Prompt replies Meet up is always on-time never late!
