Been trying to change my flight ticket date (after buying protection) from AirPaz website - only bots online and the way to change a flight is through your email but they send a link to change the ticket (at silly o clock in the middle of night) - the link expires too quickly and therefore changes can’t be made as you only have like a 30 min window when the email comes in, and you have a 48 hour window when the email can come in so have to be glued to your email and laptop - this is nonsensical way of working, I can’t believe it - wish I read reviews before buying a ticket with them - no email address or real human to help, just AI
