Purchase still not arrived after 1 month…
Ordered several items a month ago and nothing has arrived. Tracking shows nothing useful. I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times and no response. Very disappointing - I had ordered a dog bed in January 2025 and had a good experience with delivery and product, but not the case this time round. Will not be ordering from them again.
