BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. After “express delivery” items took over 2 weeks to arrive (and therefore too late for my holiday), I returned the items per the returns instructions from the Yoins customer service team. The returns were sent by tracked post. They were received and signed for by Yoins over 2 weeks ago and they are refusing to process my refund until they can track down my parcel - despite me providing them with the tracking evidence that the parcel was delivered to, and signed for, by them. I have so far sent 9 emails regarding my refund and keep getting fobbed off. Shocking customer service
