Poor shipping of accessories
Bambu used a low tier shipping company for accessories and they continually tried to deliver when our business was closed. Once they did deliver there was a piece missing, and the customer service process for Bambu is so tedious that I decided not to bother for such an inexpensive item. The printer itself shipped fed ex and we had no issues.
