Train overbooked, trip canceled
Absolutely unacceptable. We have booked the train in July for the trip in December for Christmas . Got the confirmation, paid in full and in September received the email that the train has been overbooked and we don’t get our tickets. They did provide us with some options, that were not nearly adäquat. So the Trip is ruined, Kids (and adults) are disappointed.
