Review of the automatic cat drawing device
I ordered the automatic cat drawing device. This is a knockoff of a piece done by an artist. It took quite a while to receive the device. It is made of all plastic parts. Mine had a few issues. One of the plastic washers was missing, but I was able to find it loose in the box and put it back. At first, the device wasn't drawing a cat. I then figured out that one of the cams was installed incorrectly, so I fixed that and was able to get the device to draw a cat. That said, the device is quite finicky. The plastic washers they use to hold things on place can loosen or completely come off. Therefore, I recommend gluing these washers in place. The alignment of the plastic cams with the levers that ride on the cams can he a little off. What do you expect with plastic parts? Bottom line is to not expect this device to operate reliably without some rework using glue to hold things in place. You can however get it to draw a cat face.
