Cash Back has improved
I'm not able to give 5 stars mainly because I have to keep track of the cash back. There are times I don't get the cash back and I have to track each payment and follow up and do a request for payment. However, it has improved as many times customer service is able to credit me the cash back immediately once I provide an order confirmation. Yet once in a while I still am told they have all the necessary information but I have to wait 2-8 weeks and then have to follow up again
