Began charging my card 6 months later without authorization
Update: Customer service contacted me and offered to refund the charges. Unfortunately, now the refund needs to go through the credit card dispute process. While their willingness to refund the charges is reassuring, the fact that they began charging me without authorization and that I had to dispute the charges before getting a response is not. Things were fine while I was using their product; however, I canceled in 2025. Confirmed via phone. Charges began appearing on my credit card in January of 2026. I contacted them about the charges multiple times. I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit card company.
