WHEN WILL I LEARN NOT TO USE SUCH CON-ARTIST COMPANIES, NO MATTER HOW LOVELY THEIR DESIGNS LOOK ONLINE?????
1. This is not just a jewellery shop - I bought 3 items ofclothing. 2. These did not arrive at the same time and I had to exchange many emails to get the second lot delivered. 3. I need to return Items 2 and 3. One of them is not the size I ordered - too small. The other is not the colour as it appeared online, mainly because of the synthetic nature of the fabric. 4. There are no composition / care labels on these items. 5. The website advertises no-hassle returns within 30 days. States buyer must pay for returns and will not be refunded original postage. OK. 6. Then when I ask for returns address , they ask me for photos, clearly employing delaying tactics so that my return is late. 7. They say I must include a completed packing slip - however, there was no such packing slip included in my parcel. 8. The return address is of course in China.
