Balani Customer Service
I have been extraordinarily pleased with the quality of the Balani sport coat and other clothes tailored and purchased. I have had a number of compliments on the sport coat and I have only worn it once. The initial fitting was almost perfect, with only a modest adjustment needed. As importantly, the customer service has been exceptional. Yaneev Benami assisted me in selections and fitting in Colorado while I was at an event. Upon returning home to Dallas Alisse Cervantes took charge and has been most responsive in her service to me. The coordination between Yaneev and Alisse has been seamless, which I have greatly appreciated. Customer service is hugely important to my repeat business and loyalty, They have earned my trust. Great job all!
