It is always a great experience where not only do I learn something but the recommendations and the look when the clothes/ jackets come back is next level. Balani is my go-to spot for any dress attire. I have been going to see Cordt at Balani for all my dress shirts and suits for about 7 years now, and love the service and quality. I have been extremely pleased at how well the suits/shirts have held up over time. I am a little taller, slimmer build and off the rack never worked for me, so this proved to be a great solution. Cordt is extremely knowledgeable and has steered me in the right direction every time I go in to the shop. I am the 'well dressed guy' in my office, and love the compliments this clothing brings.

Coaching Fit
I started shopping here after word of mouth. I looked up the reviews and they were very positive. I bought some stuff to coach in and I absolutely love how the shirts fit around the shoulders and chest area. Krista was awesome to work with. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I would say the consultant and shopping experience were good and met expectations. The lead time for the garments was disappointing, coming in longer than the maximum lead time quoted at purchase and more than twice as long as what was conveyed as the probable delivery time. I appreciate the environment had changed some with the early COVID situation impacting supply chains globally so on this I can be somewhat empathetic. That said, the slacks and the shirt needed rework. The waist on both slacks was too tight and that was hard to understand given I lost 15 pounds between when I was measured and the garments arrived. And the neck on the shirt was too loose and needed to have the button moved. Disappointing but I supposed not unheard of for first time customers. I haven’t worn the garments much yet so I cannot yet speak to their durability and wear but I am pleased with the look of each.
