Confusing booking website and VERY bad experience in changing of fight booking.
1. with confusing website and not much support nor clear simple selection options on the booking.l and all extra charges.. The ganrantee ticket selection is nearly useless. This is worse than the other similar website I also experienced not good service before. 2. Website page showing change fight charge is 750, and airline charge is 1000... plus difference of ticket cost.... However, when I call the service line, they told me the airline charge is 1400 which was mentioned in somewhere notice of fee charges... And the ticket difference is 1900, despite using online checking, there was NO fight difference. They just explained the website is showing discounted price... These are all like a trick and dishonestly treated 3. With long waiting in call for help. This is also worse than the other similar website I also experienced not good service before. 4. When I have reserved seats and made a fight changes, all reserved seats were told on phone will automatically shift to the new fight, but it doesnt... Seems no one care nor no one follow up.
