This company I suspect is fraudulent…
This company I suspect is fraudulent and tried unsuccessfully to use my paypal information to make a purchase at Neiman Marcus for $1250.00. Luckily my bank is top notch and I declined the fraudulent purchase. However, this has inconvenienced me and as of now, I am still waiting for a tank replacement for my TFV16 that I ordered on September 20th, 2019. I will admit that I did not do my due diligence and research the company or website beforehand because I was in a rush to order my replacement. I could not find a direct support link on the website either and I suspect the positive reviews are manufactured to negate the earlier negative review.
