Worst customer experience ever.
Worst customer experience, bought Tom Ford glasses but frame rusted before 6mths. After contacting customer service they ask me do i want to exchange or refund. When I chose refund and they said can’t refund. They ask me to return the item first and to exchange. I explains them I don’t have spare glasses so Jeramie from customer service told me he will make sure glasses is ready to ship once i returned the item. Just provided postage receipt and he will ship the exchange glasses. But after providing postage receipt, they said once returned item arrived they will ship my exchange item. Never encountered that kind of customer service cheated and lied to a customer. I can provide evidence as our previous email conversations. Guys buy at your own risk. It’s too bad there is no 0 star which they deserve.
