Suspenseful virtual shopping - yes or no?
My shoes arrived, opening the box I was concerned - would they fit? Would they be comfortable? Would I like them or had I been taken in by yet another marketing scheme that seems to know what I like as I scroll through my day. The package arrived to my happy doorstep. My buyers wariness was beginning to abate. It started with how clever the shoebox itself is. The design is simple and makes sense. (Why don't we have boxes like this in the US?) The shoes were packed with care. But would they fit and be comfy? Hmmm. The shoes looked small and I was sure I needed a bigger size. Deciding to give them a chance, I put them on tied the laces. Stood up walked around and felt a wave of relief and genuine happy flood my feet and overthinking mind. These are terrific shoes and I think Giesswein is my kind of company! Comfortable, simple, subtle, and my new favorites. I hope to get a colorful pair or two in the future.
