Premium All Around
With IB you will definitely pay a premium but you will also get a higher grade product with responsive support. Trust me, in this category of imported goods, you need a company that is responsive and actually supports the customer.
I ordered two very large illuminated framed mirrors for my master bath. They arrived about eleven days later perfectly crated and we installed them immediately. One LED driver died within a few days (it happens) and IB sent a replacement overnight and credited an additional percentage for the trouble of having someone come back out to assist me. Keep in mind, the mirrors were 30x60!
I'd order again if I needed professional grade mirrors.

A Maze of Dog Shit
Jesus Christ, I want to rip my hair out dealing with this company. Once you place an order get ready for a collosal headache. If you have to call to resolve a stock issue, a delivery arrangement or need to cancel your order, it is an ordeal. The phone representatives are friendly and polite but they're Filipinos who have no idea how to navigate complex English or handle complicated requests. It's just a crappy call center in Metro Manila full of reps who can't do anything. They can't change or cancel orders. They can only send an email to Texas and that takes 2-3 days.
The resurrection of this once very good name in furniture is a slap in the face to the original company. ZGallerie used to be a pleasure to do business with. Reps and stores were there for you and they knew their system and knew how to handle customers.
What ZGallerie is now is a completely maddening maze of dog shit and spoiled cottage cheese. It's worse than a shit show.
I have spent over an hour on the phone today trying to get an order cancelled.
Also keep in mind that their website is very inaccurate. Just because something says "Ready to Ship" it means absolutely nothing.
