Absolutely awful experience with UK.Whatgeek. I ordered two keyboards, both of which were poorly made, one keyboard felt cheap and plasticky, and the RGB on the other died after just a week. To make things worse, delivery took 20 days, which is shocking for a company claiming to be UK-based. If I wanted to wait that long, I’d order from AliExpress and pay less! When I tried to return the items, I was offered a pathetic £10 refund, or I had to pay for return shipping to China. Why am I returning to China if this is a UK company? The customer service is slow and useless. The last time they responded, they said they would "come up with a solution in 48 hours" and then they ghosted me. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and buy from Amazon or literally anywhere else. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs!
