THE MOST DISGUSTING BANK I've ever banked with. Have held a credit card with them in Hong Kong over 2 years, automatically reject my credit limit increase requests despite providing them the income proof, asset proof,etc... I then raised countless complaints with them , but they never respond to you in a formal way, hoping probably to wait out the complaints. They would rather call you and give false promise that they are looking into the credit limit request, but they get you rejected in the end without any reasoning. This is the most disgusting bank I have ever banked with , avoid them like the plague.
