The returns process is easy but…
The returns process is easy but I’ve only ever returned 2 orders over the years and both times I’ve had to chase LaRedoute for my refund. On both occasions Hermes collected the item and gave me a card with a collection ref but over 2 weeks later LaRedoute have no record of the return and I have to chase my refund. The latest refund was queried with LR on 6/12 but has not been processed yet. Makes me wary of shopping with them after 9-10 years as a customer. Such a pity!
