Rip off billing Luxor
These people billed me for a ride I never took. When told about it, they said they would never return the $118. I killed the payment with my Chase Card and filed a complaint with the NYC Taxi and Limo Commission. It's gonna cost Luxor a whole lot more money to fight Chase and defend themselves against the NYTLC charges than they will ever get from their rip off. If they would do it to me , they will do it to you.
