I posted a review on this company last week saying how disappointed I was with a log splitter I'd brought from them, total waste of money, I asked for a refund, was told they would refund me “up to 40%” & it would cost me more money to return the item than it cost, saying postage would be $20. 2 days ago I got an e mail from them saying if I could delete my original review or give them a 5* rating they would refund my full purchase price & I could keep the item!!! I was not prepared to do this, I still stand by my original review, absolute rubbish & a total misleading description of the item. OK so I've lost my money, shall NEVER buy from this company again. Buyers beware
