What isn't wrong with Tru Green
There is so much wrong with Tru Green. I am a former customer not an employee But I know people who are or were. service dates were scheduled and then not kept causing my backyard to not be serviced bc I need to keep the gate unlocked when they are scheduled. they did not treat the entire perimeter as discussed several times I think customers would receive better service if they paid better, provided comprehensive medical benefits as opposed to a mini med plan, and didn't subject their call center reps to work in a none ventilated building with toxic fertilizer fumes filling the building asking employees if they want to leave but they won't get paid . They preach high pressure up selling and retention calls with no commissions for the employees. oh did I mention they are a $1.6 billion company?
