I had a chance to redeem a mis sold pension. It took a couple of years with arbitration and the ombudsmen but with no win no fee there was nothing to lose. Came through and I have just now been compensated through the FSCS with the maximum amount. Money dress Ltd went through every step with me and gave me all the general guidance I needed.
