I was mis-sold stocks worth £15k, later that company also bankrupted. I've written off that money, however Money Redress has taken up my case to FSCS and got back all of them; minus their commission 25%! Though it took more than 3 years, they kept informing me through out the process

Money redness is a company you need to be carefull firstly you need to read contract very very carefully they charge you too much and the reason you going with them because you cant afford the direct debid payments and i did they get the bank to oay direct debit and they demand the payment in full and the pressure is unbelievable now payment went to bank obviously bank close the account and i havent gor control over the money and i havent got the money and they demand the money right awayand they spoke to you like a criminal on the phone iam currently not working and have no money and they threaten me with bailiffs i wish i never got with them now iam off work because hyper tention and depression and they made it worse this morning somebody called george called me and talk to me like shit!!!!! Avoid people avoid even bank wasn’t pressurised me like this i wish i never done it ….

This company made a complaint on my mother's behalf, a process I could have done myself. They charged an excessive fee of 30% of the recovered funds. Most concerningly, they told my mother she would get her award as a cash lump sum, and that she could use that to pay them their extortionate fee. But when that failed, becasue the other side simply reinstated her pension, they billed my mother instead. Knowing my mother wouldn't have the money for that eventuality, they still recommended she proceeded with this course, and are now happily telling her she has 28 days to find thousands of pounds. This company is highly unethical, targetting Boomers and the Silent Gen and claiming to offer a much needed service. Then hiding the truth deep inside their T's & C's. I would strongly advise others to avoid them. AI can do what they do. Don't waste your money!

Our engagement pack is clear and concise covering all aspects of possible outcome. We actively advise all clients that they have the option to do a claim themselves. We can assure you that the successful outcome we have achieved for your mother was strongly challenged at the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The pension company has chosen to reinstate the pension, even though it causes your mother (their client) inconvenience on top of pension negligence already experienced previously. Money Redress are one of those rare companies - totally legit, honest, hardworking and get results - over the past few years, they have recovered not only my initial investment in a SIPP's, but a significant further amount that my pensions would have been worth in today's market, if I had not amalgamated them and purchased the SIPP. I got ripped off with my pension so I contacted money redress who took my case on and after a year or so I received my original investment back. I had thought that would be the end of the mater however money redress advised me that I could recover the losses that my pension would have been today had I not have been ripped off . Consequently after a few years I received a substantial payout thanks to money redress I can now enjoy my retirement. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough thank you money redress

I was in a very vulnerable position and after much persuasion and coercion I invested my pension in a SIPP. I knew something wasn't right and then lost my investment. I approached Money Redress on a no win.no fee basis, but never really expected any compensation. They were so professional and understanding, always ready to answer any concerns I had. They kept me updated all the time and explored a different line of pursuit when one claim was declined. I was really happy to have been awarded 2 financial pay-outs over the period, so recouped most of my original investment. I can't thank Money Redress enough for all their hard work and never giving up.

I invested in a SIPP purchasing a property through the Resort group PLC. This investment has been a total scam from day one, and now, after many years of disappointments, non existant returns and basically just given up on the investment Money Redress have managed through the FSCS to claw back a sizeable chunk of the investment. It took Money redress many years to finally get my settlement but they got there in the end. Whenever they got a no from somewhere they tried a different avenue. I was kept informed of their progress and were always polite and helpful if I needed to call them.

I invested in a SIPP, which was unfortunately a scam. Thankfully Money Redress got me back a fair proportion of my original investment. It did take a few years but better late than never. Thank You. BTW. why does no-one in financial services ever get jailed?

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Do not listen to what these people tell you! Redress contacted me with regards to my Vanquis credit card, saying thousands of people had won claims against Vanquis for provided credit cards to people who couldn't really afford them. Redress would handle the no win no fee case. After a few letters back and too Redress informed me I had won my case and Vanquis would settle the balance on my card £395 (not refund me the £500 Redress promised). They would also pay me the £195 case fee that Redress where to recieve for handling my case. The next day Vanquis closed my account down. So basically I recieved £395 and Vanquis £195, I cam no longer use my card, which I did quite often for emergencies and I was paying it off with no trouble as my circumstances had changed from when I first got the card. Not worth the hassle of the constant bombardment of calls and emails I recieved from Redress to go ahead with the claim.!!!

I was advised to invest my pension with another provider overseas which then went into administration, at that point I thought I had lost everything, then I was contacted by Money Redress they have acted on my behalf making a claim to the FSCS against a SIPP provider. It has taken a long time and obviously a lot of work from them, they never gave up even though I had, they went down every avenue, and got me my compensation, I am overwhelmed by the outcome and would recommend them to anyone who is the same situation as I was. Money Redress Ltd contacted me a few years ago as regards a potential claim that I may have against a SIPP Company for poor advice allowing me to invest in unregulated investments which were subsequently loss making. I decided nothing was to be lost by completing and signing the appropriate forms. MRL has at all times been very professional and kept me fully informed as regards the slow progress.
