Pension Claim

I found myself responsible for complex financial matters on behalf of a vulnerable relative. This included pension savings that had previously been invested into an unsuitable SIPP for which the fund became insolvent. I appointed Money Redress to assist in recovering the lost savings and to deal with processes that I am unfamiliar with. The company have been helpful at all stages of managing claims made to the Financial Ombudsman and Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Whilst many months of patience was required, the FSCS claims were successful and I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you Money Redress.

FSCS Fully Compensated

Money Redress acted on my behalf for wrongly advised pension scheme where company went into administration - losing me over £100k. They did a brilliant job compensating me through the FSCS and still waiting to hear on whether I can get anything back from the actual pension provider. I will provide 5 stars should I receive this! They kept me updated at all times and was there if I had any questions. Great job!

I would like to thank Money Redress for the friendly, helpful and professional service they provide. I had given up all hope of recovering my pension, when I read about the company on Facebook. They have helped me recover a large percentage of my pension fund and I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same predicament.

I felt treated as a person not a £ sign

I was kept in the loop at all times throughout this lengthy procedure. The personal interview in which I was asked to describe the circumstances that led to the claim was handled in a considerate, respectful way. I felt treated as a person and not a £ sign.

I HAVE THAUGHT LONG AND HARD ABOUT THE TWO REVIEWS I LEFT YOU AND WHILE I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THE PERSON WHO CONNED ME WAS A ROUGUE AGENT, JUST USING YOUR COMPANIES CREDENTIALS TO GIVE THEM CREDABILITY.THE FACT REMAINS THAT THEY DID SO,AS I WOULDNT HAVE TRUSTED THEM OTHERWISE.I HAVE NOW DELETED THE TWO PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THANKYOU.

Took too long and less £ than advised

Although the team were always very nice and helpful, the outcome took the best part of 3 years to complete and the calculated ( by money redress) amount was not the £8500 ( after MR 30% deducted) but £2500 which I guess is more than I would have had as I wouldn't have done this on my own . But the timescale was ridiculous and the amount recovered a disgrace not necessarily MR fault. I think more the Financial ombudsman held it up and made final decision. Still waiting on a separate amount being calculated which will be a few hundred i think if anything at all.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Having lost my entire private pension saving through bad advice [ironically given by by our government pension scheme ]I had worked hard for my money and now it was all gone,.Not only was I conned but i felt powerless through lack of financial knowledge to claw back anything.I admit that I approached Money Redress with a certain amount of cynicism given my past experiences,but this was soon replaced by trust, their attitude was professional yet straightforward and I was phoned at regular intervals to be updated with their progress Their fee given the number of years and the complexity of the case is high but more than fair and somehow they have managed to retrieve a large percentage of my lost savings. Thank You

Overall satisfactory performance

Persistence paid off

Successful outcome after FSCS rejected claim on first attempt; it was clearly useful to co-ordinate action for a number of ex-customers of the same failed company. I am suspicious of claims companies generally but I would not have achieved this result on my own.
