Not all heroes wear capes!!!

From the depths of despair came a company who cares,there is no worse feeling in the world when something you have saved all your working life for to help towards a happy retirement suddenly is snatched from you and there is little or nothing you feel you can do about it well this is how I felt many years ago when my hard earned pension was misold and I thought I had lost everything that was until Money Redress came along and took control of the situation it has been a long hard road but finally thanks to the guys and girls at Money Redress and their relentless pursuit of my claim I have now been compensated,something I thought would never happen,and they made the whole process as easy and stress free for me as possible,I was kept informed every step of the way through what is I imagine a very difficult process,something I could never!!! have tackled alone.

A company you can trust

I had given up hope of ever seeing my savings again, luckily I was contacted by Money Redress, and after discussing my case with them, they reassured me I had a good case,and wanted to pursue the company responsible. I was sure my pension had gone forever after a den of snakes conned me, anyway with a nothing to lose and helpful interaction with Money Redress we started the application for a mis sell and it took a long time but they kept me updated without overdoing it. the result is that I have all of my money back over and above the fee and the tax payable, unbelievable and delighted. Don't over look these guys

Although this has been a long process in successfully being granted compensation money redress have always kept me updates with the process.

A pension refund

I had quite a wait but it was nice to here this week that Redress had finally been able to get a refund for money l had lost when being asked to transfer my pension to another company which lost me some of the money l would finally get.

From start to finish of my claim, I was updated regularly with progress. I would have never been able to go through the process myself, a very complicated issue. From small claims court to final payout. Friendly knowledgeable staff, easy to reach either by phone or email. Payout was swift. Recommend the company highly.
