I would advise people not to order from this company
I ordered a dress in the custom sizing because I needed it in a hurry and didn't want to have to take time to alter the dress. I followed the video for measuring and had help with the measurements that I could not do alone. Each measurement was taken several times. After receiving my order and measurements I received an email from JJs House saying that according to all my other measurements they recommended 17" instead of the 20" that I submitted for the shoulder width and asked if they should go ahead with that. I agreed since I thought they were professionals. I received the dress when promised, my first fear was when I saw the tiny box sitting on my porch. Next putting it on, I was not able to zip all the way by myself but even as far as I could, I would not have been able to move my arms. I was also disappointed with the finishing of the dress, the zipper looked cheap and did not work well, stuck both up and down and was not finished nicely, and I also was disappointed with the sleeves as the fabric netting that the embellishments were on did not go into the seams so the back of the sleeves appeared to be ripped. The dress looks nothing like I was expecting from the picture shown. I was offered a 40% refund but I feel I should have been offered a full refund. Even if everything else was right, I would not have been able to move my arms in this dress and they changed my measurements. I would never order from this site again. (This was what I thought was a review on the website for the dress I ordered), they turned it into an email and replied to it, never did make the reviews which I spent a lot of time looking at on the site. All the reviews seemed good so I felt confident ordering, I now know that they don't post the bad reviews)
