Bluetti D050S Charger
I purchased the Bluetti D050S Charge Enhancer to complement my AC200Max and 2x B230 batteries, paying £180 for what I expected to be a reliable product. After testing it once for less than 20 minutes, I carefully packed it back into its original packaging and stored it safely, intending to use it when needed. Fast forward 12 months, I finally attempted to use it again, only to find that it doesn’t work at all. Despite being essentially brand new with minimal use, Bluetti support was completely unhelpful. They refused to assist because it was just outside the warranty period, showing no consideration for the fact that the unit had never been properly used. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating, especially given the high cost and my investment in their ecosystem. I expected better support and understanding from a company with supposedly a strong reputation.
