Hello Wisey, I saw your ad on YouTube and bought the monthly subscription for 9.99 USD. However, after that, I was charged an extra 18 USD without clearly understanding or agreeing to it. Later, I received a message saying that extra items were added and that I may have bought them, but I was not aware of this at the time of purchase. This feels misleading and unfair. From my experience, it gives the impression of spam-like behavior, where customers are charged extra without clear confirmation. Please review this and refund the extra 18 USD charged to me.
