Asked to cancel my order as I did not want the item and have been ignored disgraceful customer service all I want is my money to be returned and my order cancelled. Judging my all other 1 star reviews you struggle to locate orders or only care about taking the money and not retaining customers as you claim to not find orders that result in people requesting monies back. Will not be purchasing again and will be looking at taking my complaint higher if not acknowledgment is made and my monies not returned
