Stay Away
I placed an order from the United Kingdom and received it on time, exactly as scheduled. However, when I requested to return the item, I encountered a very disappointing experience. First, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs, which is understandable if the return address is within the same country or region. What was completely unreasonable, however, was being asked to ship the return to an address in the United States. This makes the return process unnecessarily expensive and impractical for international customers. Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away from this brand. It genuinely feels like they stop caring about their customers once the payment has been made. If you need to return a product or require after-sales support, you're largely left to deal with it on your own.
