Very unhelpful. Attempted to e-file with his company over the course of two days and eventually had to go with another company, despite all their promises to help me. Go with another company.

Support at this company is rude as hell. Problems with getting your money out of these guys if you need it. I would not use this company. Impossible to reset your password.
