It has been 3 weeks since I ordered - no communication
It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. The communication has been horrible. I still have not received notification that it has been shipped. I'm giving them one week until I request a refund -- and I hear that is a nightmare. If I'm contacted in the next day and my item is sent then I will update this review.
