awful!!!
awful!!! paid extra $10 for fast courier service - only to be told the courier could not find the delivery address (odd given we use Startrack a fair bit at work). Getting run around between Rosegal and courier - looks like i will spend more time and effort recovering the money than is worth the effort (Im sure it is part of their business model). Next time I will just order direct from china, even if the goods dont arriveit will be a smaller cost...
