If I could give zero stars I would. After being on hold for a long time, she told me to check for her email. She told me to open the email, then pushed me through very quickly....'hit continue, next, continue, etc; never once pausing to actually let me read anything(there are NINE pages of legal). I asked him in the middle of this if I had to do this right now, & she said YES. As a result, we have dates that we cannot travel. We can change them for $195 each. I feel this system is setup solely for them to make money on the extra fees they charge. DO NOT DO THIS!!
