Money stolen for baggage on flight
During the booking a flight using the website (i.e. Expedia, Booking, Trivago, etc) I choose the best price and automatically I was re directed on Farera page for confirm the flight, in this phase I choose to have the additional baggage with extra cost. Afetr one month during the check-in with airlines company I discover that my additional baggae was not incuded with consequence to pay once more time at airport. No phone call exist for Farera company but only a chat and nobody operator understand or want to understand the problem. My money has been stolen. ATTENTION not use Farera website for paying anything else.
