Travellers Beware
Due to 2 consecutive Air services from Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport breaking down, we missed our flight to Bournemouth to provide childcare for grandchildren.We had to arrange alternative transport with National express at a cost of £171 to get us there ASAP.City Link were not willing to compensate us for missed flights or Nat Express coach tickets.They have indicated that their only responsibility is to get you there!, not get you there on time.This is quite pathetic, considering they service an Airport!!! We allowed a 90 minutes window between the expected arrival time of the coach at Edinburgh airport and the departure of our flight, in keeping with their advice.
