Bought an item, came with the clear side having the names written backwards. Contacted jessemade on 21st June and have had zero response. My husband can't use the item so it is now a disappointing father's day gift. What a waste of money.
Ordered a wig well within time of a photoshoot. Initially I received their typical poorly worded, email to state that my wig would be delayed by 3 days. After a few days another email came to say that it would now be delayed by a "several weeks", and asked if I would be willing to wait to which I of course said no and requested a refund. When I was finally refunded, it was a lower amount than I paid by almost £5. I contacted them and they stated that they had refunded my money case closed. I don't know why I bothered with Unice again after they let me down years ago, but I thought they would have improved by now. Such a disappointment of a company. Why sell items on your site, that you clearly don't have in stock. Never again.
