Don’t waste your money, just get Peloton’s warranty
I paid for the five year warranty for my peloton tread after having so many people recommend using Upsie over Peloton’s extended warranty. The tread is having an electrical issue and when I submitted a claim, it was denied, and the customer service rep was extremely short and rude, tried to dismiss me and just end the call when I had follow questions and couldn’t tell me WHY it was denied except that he said “it wasn’t electrical” when it absolutely is. I’m so disappointed in this company. Don’t waste your money and just buy Peloton’s extended warranty.
