The cartridge I ordered did not work…
The cartridge I ordered did not work properly, and I did the online chat with customer service. Which all that did was make me more upset! I was told that since I used it I could not return it, I asked if since I had it overnighted if I could at least get shipping refunded or meet me half way and was told no, and the person I spoke to on chat's name was Felipe V. I'm sure that's not a real name but that's what came up on the screen. I know it is not their intent to not lose money, but I have never had an online chat CSR be so rude! I actually then called the company. I spoke to someone named Blair, he was much nicer and I felt better even though nothing supposedly can be done! I have since ordered a new one from another company.
