The customer service rep did an excellent job looking up our product key so we could migrate software we purchased to a new computer. She was also very helpful in consolidating duplicate accounts from various past employees to make it easier for us to go through our purchase history and inventory.

Took a week of following up with support over phone and email to get the license code to upgrade my Badgy printer software, just to find out it was an invalid/not working code. It's 2024; laughable that this is how they do business.
I placed an order January 2020 and they decided not to bill me (I never noticed they hadn't) until over a year later. This caused a time consuming accounting mess on my end. There are plenty of other companies who provide the same products and also know how to run a business.

Their Rio Pro 360 LE printer is a piece of garbage. Unless you want to constantly mess with the thing and not be able to print badges, stay away.
