Uncertain is socks will ever be delivered
TL;DR: Do not buy from them it is uncertain if the product I paid for will ever be delivered to me after a month of waiting. I ordered socks on November 10th, they said the shipping should be expected to take 8-10 business days. It is now December 18th and the socks are expected to arrive in 8-10 business days. I inquired to them as to why it is taking so long and that if they cannot deliver them in a timely manner I do not want them. I was responded with I should not be worried that they are over a month late. This is completely unacceptable, instead of helping me understand why it is taking so long they dismiss my concerns flippantly is what tells me they do not care about offering a product or building a business they just want your money upfront.
