G2G Support Is a Joke
I paid for a 9/9 VIP raid in World of Warcraft but was placed in a completely different 7/9 run without my consent. Despite providing evidence, G2G offered only a 22.2% refund, treating it as a partially completed order.
After my previous Trustpilot review, G2G publicly acknowledged that the service delivered didn't match what I purchased and invited me to contact support again.
So I did. I opened a new ticket (#5877642), referenced their public response, and requested another review of my original dispute (#5863097) for order 48500412.
Their response? They immediately closed the new ticket and sent me back to the original dispute, where they had already refused to help.
Why publicly invite customers to contact support if you're just going to dismiss them?
Apparently, G2G cares more about looking helpful on Trustpilot than actually helping its customers.
What a joke.

G2G Buyer Protection Is a SCAM – Buyers Beware
Nonexistent buyer protection. Avoid this platform.
I paid for a 9/9 VIP raid in World of Warcraft. Instead, the seller put me in a completely different 7/9 run without my consent. I even have proof from the boosters confirming this.
The final two bosses were the ENTIRE reason I purchased the service. They weren't delivered, and since VIP runs for those bosses aren't sold separately, I'd have to pay for another full 9/9 run to get what I originally purchased.
G2G's solution after over a week and an escalated dispute? A ridiculous 22.2% refund (2/9), treating a completely different service as a partially completed order.
The seller even told me about G2G support: "and no1 dont care last 2 or first 2".
Throughout the dispute, I was treated like shit, and G2G proved the seller right. They simply counted 7/9, ignoring the actual service purchased, its value, and my lack of consent. I guess, buyer protection means protecting the seller and making the buyer pay.
So apparently, sellers can advertise one service, deliver something completely different without consent, and still keep 77.8% of your money.
What exactly is G2G's buyer protection protecting?
Zero confidence in this platform. Buyers beware.
