Excellent support experience
I mainly use the program to download YouTube videos for off-line viewing when I have no Internet connection. This always worked great, but recently some files would not appear in the destination directory. Everything else looked OK, it claimed success but no files. I have been back and force with the support desk, they where extremely patient, supportive, offered suggestions, and finally found the (my ;-) problem. The downloaded file name started with a "dot" character, and hence was hidden. In reality I had a ton of downloaded copies on my disk. In summary: great product, great support. Highly recommended
