The product is good
The product is good. One issue the release button is not spring loaded. Or maybe it is and mine is not working. Either case, two hands are required, to hold down the release and pull up the cartridge. I also forgot to include the black friday discount code. Customer service was immediately responsive and credited my account for the difference.
