Disappointing all round
The quality was shabby, cheap, thin very disappointing, not what I was expecting. Measurements completely out. The 2 medium sized t-shirts are huge. The return procedure is made extremely difficult. I requested a return label (no paperwork was inside the package detailing my order or a returns label, nothing). It was difficult to get the process rolling and when I did, I could only return one item. It just wouldn't let me select the second item. I subsequently received an email giving me the option of keeping the product where I could choose 1 of 2 options of an offer. I replied I wanted to return. I received another email with the same offer with an additional sentence stating it'll be easier to accept one of the 2 offers than it would be to try and return the item! So much for them saying it's easy to return. I replied saying how disappointed I was in that they were making it difficult to return. I received an email from a named person saying they didn't have any return labels!! Giving details of how to return. I've decided to cut my losses which is what they wanted and give the 2 t-shirts to charity. Extremely disappointed.
