I have ordered 4 tops now and 3 dresses and been really happy with all of them. Unfortunately though just received 2 jackets that I wasnt happy with the quality of the material. Been emailing back and forth with Joshy and he was very helpful and replied very quickly. He made the refund process very easy and fast. Hasn't put me off ordering again.
